Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Certain customs restrictions apply. Until I'm clear on everything about that, I'm currently only accepting orders from the 48 contiguous states. This will be updated soon to reflect changes.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
No refunds will be given and all sales are final. Exchanges can only be honored within 24 hours of receipt if your item(s) was damaged during transit. An accompanying image and proof of damage must be sent immediately. Returns must be shipped back to me (shipping costs will lie solely on the sender), with a reason stated for sending it back.
SPECIAL NOTE: I am not responsible for the condition of polish that has been resold. I will only replace polish that originally came from my store.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I do my best to ship within 2-5 days of payment. Any wait times that exceed that will be explained by email. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What if my package gets lost?
I will not replace any package if your address was given incorrectly. You must make sure all shipping info is correct before you send your order. You must email me before an order is shipped if you found a mistake. I will examine each case individually.
Do you give free samples?
No, I do not. I do, however, try to offer great deals from time to time!
What if something is wrong with my order?
