Tree Hugger [*See Note]

Tree Hugger* is a water-based, non-toxic top coat. Perfect for protecting your nail foils and chrome powders from the harshness of top coat. Apply one coat of Tree Hugger and allow to dry. It's slightly "milky" when wet, but goes clear when dry. You can safely apply your standard top coat after "Tree Hugger" has fully dried.
